Accessibility statement

rs10 is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, in accordance with EU Regulation 2026/2882 (European Accessibility Act, EAA) and EN 301 549 v3.2.1.

Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known limitations are listed in our public audit report.

  • Conforms: keyboard navigation, "Skip to content" link, visible focus indicators, screen-reader-friendly forms, contrast-checked colour palette (post-Phase-1, 2026-06-16).
  • Partially conforms: some dynamic states of the interactive map and filter panel — being improved continuously (see Phase 4 roadmap).
  • Does not yet conform: a number of older listing photos still rely on the auto-generated alt text ("Photo 3"). New uploads carry detailed descriptions; older rows are being updated incrementally.

Date of last assessment

The last internal accessibility assessment was performed on 2026-06-16. The companion Phase 1 implementation log (/audit/a11y-phase1-changelog.md) records, commit by commit, which audit findings have already been resolved.

Enforcement procedure

If you don't receive a satisfactory response through the channels above, you may file a complaint with the Hungarian Equal Treatment Authority (now under the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights). Filing is free of charge and can be done online.

Technical specification

The site is built on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES2022+), and WAI-ARIA. Accessibility features have been tested in Firefox 120+, Chrome 120+, Safari 17+, and Edge 120+, and with the NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers.
